Additionally, we offer turnkey solutions for the sale and purchase of physical commodities to our international buyers and sellers.

Our Perspective
Our Perspective is grounded in the multi-disciplinary background of our founder and core team. Mr. Ak Kumar, our founder, has enjoyed significant success in real estate development, the energy sector, and private-equity endeavours. He has cultivated relationships with established professionals across many different disciplines, including a client with an interest in commodities. After extensive research, we decided to enter the sector and service a growing number of client inquiries. EXIM REMEDY LLP (ERL, LLP) was formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to engage in the trading of physical commodities in the international marketplace. We adhere to preeminent business practices that not only comply with but surpass all international laws and regulatory requirements, offering our partners risk-mitigated transactions with assurances and financial executions that meet exacting standards.

ERL places a significant emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility, which is just as important to us as our commitment to commerce. We personally audit the supply chain from source to end physical buyer to ensure all our offerings are ethical, conflux ERL-free, and benefit local communities.
We understand that making the world a better place requires us, as stewards of corporate profits, to take responsibility for privately investing in the research and development of renewable, clean energy production systems and sustainable fuels. This is especially important because many of our clients currently demand hydrocarbons. Therefore, we take a realistic view and actively seek to replace these resources with more sustainable alternatives.
